Oil prices were flat Tuesday morning in Asia due to mixed cues from the Middle East, Asia and the U.S. Crude Oil WTI Futures for April delivery were trading at $63.91 a barrel in Asia at 10:45pm ET, neither up nor down. Brent crude futures for May delivery, traded in London, were down just 0.09% at $67.28 per barrel at 10:50am Hong Kong time.
