SHFE base metals costs blended as copper and nickel head in inverse ways
Base metals costs on the Shanghai Futures Exchange were blended amid morning exchanging on Monday May 20, with nickel driving the falls and just copper and lead indicating positive exhibitions.Nickel was one of the huge underperformers, with the most-exchanged July contract declining to 97,540 yuan ($14,156) per ton as at 9.59am Shanghai time, somewhere around 340 yuan for every ton, or 0.3%, from Friday's end of 97,880 yuan for each ton.
